Friends, can you believe it's a year today that I wrote my first post!? Crazy?
It's been amazing getting to know all of you, I can't wait to see what the next year brings. Thanks for all the wonderful comments and support!
Check back tomorrow, I have a new Affiliate to tell you about and a GIVE AWAY that goes with it!
Here are few pics from my first trip to Ikea with Sommer and our girls.
Okay, so my little ham was really excited about the camera. I had to practice taking a few shots on the trip over.
Ikea!!!! How exciting. It was exciting that day, we've been back one other time and have officially decided to order all of our stuff online from here on out, and the second trip we didn't have any kids for!
Almost three week later and they are still directing traffic, I wasn't surprised at our first visit, we braved the store on it's second official day of being open. (and with three kids)
Telling us were to go, like we couldn't navigate the big orange cones with out them!?
A parking garage for Ikea? What is this craziness?
Pretty much full, really? It was just as full at our last trip too, when does the craziness die down?
Okay, so for fun I took a picture of where we parked and let me tell you it was the smartest thing I did that day. When we made or second trip, neither of us bothered to notice where we parked, stupid! A few choice words with an employee later and hike back up, just come all the way back down we found our car. On the plus side Sommer now knows that her panic button works from level two to level one, with 6 feet of concrete in between. That is pretty awesome for a panic button! I'm lucky if I can get mine to work standing right next to it.
The entrance, but not really, cause you have to go up two escalators from here, so we got a little excited for nothing, but it was a photo op for the girls.
First photo, two girls are paying attention, kinda.
