Craigslister, Please don't break my HEART!

You know how it is, you email and then you WAIT!  Sometimes I think they make you wait just to tortue you...or they have a life and are sitting by their email...Whatev! 

I don't know about you, but I get a little nauseous waiting to hear back.  The pit of my stomach is a little unsettled now.  Sigh.

So here is the piece that has me all up in knots....knots I tell ya.

Picture it looking like this!  Only not aqua, and I want a butcher block top, and finish the back with some beadboard.  You get the idea!

So cross your fingers the Craigslister gets back to me for I pop a vein!  lol

Against my Better Judgement....

Let me start out with this, my Hubby is a serious stalker of my blog, and this post will most likely get me in a little trouble.  Maybe even more than a little. 

All of you know that we are considering buying a new(er) house, either new to us or just plain new. Being the thrifty gal I am, have started colletcting furniture and other items for the "next" house.  I like to plan ahead, and I hate to miss out on an amazing deal, even if I can't park in the garage this winter.

Waiting Game

I love Craigslist, but I hate the waiting!  I want you to get back to me immediately and accept my offer!  Am I asking too much?  It just bothers me, that it will take some folks days to respond.  Another pet peeve of mine, if the item is sold, take it off Craigslist!

Just wanted to share some pieces I'm waiting, not so patiently to hear back on.

This first bed would be great for the next house for my daughter.  They are asking $135, but it's been on the market a while so I offered $90.  I just bought my daughter an entire bedroom set, but the bed is a little boyish, and I thought I would use in in my sons room.

I would love to say I finally finished her damn bed, but alas I have not...instead I bought a new(er) one off Craigslist. Hubby if you are reading this, I will be selling her other bed asap.  Pinky Swear!!!  To continue...I saw it and I fell in love, and the best part, I love it as is.  That doesn't happen often, or ever!

Close up of the head board.  She's really in great shape for being 90 years old.  Hope I look that good when I'm her age!

I got all of it at Michael's for 40% off!  Score!

I adore this piece.  $6!  A great place to put all her bracelets.

She picked out the flowers.  She has such a good eye already!  

I wish I had a chandelier.  I'm thinking new curtains?  What do you think?

I love these book slings.   I was thinking of painting these frames the same color as her desk?  Any suggestions?
