Anything Goes!!!!

  First, I'm so sorry the party wasn't up last week, but it was a rough week.  I almost lost Stanley.  Could you imagine the horror of not waking up to this face every day?

What you can't tell by looking at this adorable face is that, he's a biter.  Yep.  Mostly it's playful, but he also is a food guarder, and has broken the skin over food.  I've talked to a behaviourist and the breeder.  I'm working with him everyday to get him to be the amazing member of the family I know he has the potential to be.

Long, slow road.  Upside, I'm actually getting some exercise.

Okay, today is a busy day.  We have a party, highlights, give away announcement, announcements in general...and it's my birthday.  Not the blogs, but mine!  Yikes, I'm old.  Okay enough about me.

Stanley is home, we got to pick him up Friday night.  I'm exhausted, it's like having a new born that walks and pees!  lol  He's adorable, and I've actually been really happy with his potty training.  Lucky for him!  Now if I could just get some sleep.  I only had to get up once last night, so it's getting better.  No pics since we brought him home, been to busy watching him to photograph him.  :)  Soon I promise.

Well I'm finally caught up.  Mostly.  Okay, not so sure how caught up I am, but I bought batteries for the camera and the house is SPOTLESS!  It only took 5 days.  There's probably more that could be done, but then I would never get any projects or posts done, and now the priority is Highlights!!

 A little update on our puppy Stanley, he's finally opened his eyes!  We get to see him tomorrow.  It's rough the kids want to go everyday, but ever Saturday until we bring him home is all they get.  Lauren was in such a bad mood after we left last week, I hope we don't have to do that every week!

Highlights from Party #32

Keeping with last week, I've moved this post to Fridays, for now.  I'm a little busy hording furniture in my garage, really I have an illness.  I just can't seem to stop getting a great deal.  Hubby if you are reading this, everything I've acquired is for the next house and I practically stole it all.  Just another reason why I need a three car garage and a bigger house....

On a side note, the family has decided to expand, yep....a puppy.  I'll do a whole post on it tomorrow, me and the kids are gonna go put a deposit down and pick out our little guy!

Doh!

I've been having a few blogger issues, and that's why my Highlight post hasn't been published yet.  I know I'm a day late....blogger won't let me look at last weeks party....I promise to have the post up before the next one is due.  Maybe even today if blogger would play nice. 

Instead I'll show you this cute little library stairs I picked up the other day for the cheap!  Love the cheap!  It needs some work, first thing is stripping the paint, but it's super sturdy.  I may paint it too, but first thing is to find out what it looks like under all this paint.

I almost didn't get this post done.  I've been crazy busy with school starting for both kids.  Remember, with the girl in school, now I get two whole days to myself!

That being said, you would think I would have more time for blogging, nope.  Sommer at Designer Garden and I are having an "Upcycled" Garage sale this weekend, so we've been busy busy.  It doesn't help that we keep going to the same stores with no success!  lol
