This product is totally new to me, I usually just buy a bag of clumpy moss, but not today. Today I went to Hobby Lobby and found moss in a sheet! I'm completely in love with this product.
So I bought a letter R, our last name is Rufo, and covered it my sheet moss. I did use a hot glue gun to attach it, and it took me longer to clean up all the stringy bits of glue and moss that is did to cover the R. I burned myself a couple times too, but I alway do when I use my glue gun.
The moss has a semi sticky back, but I still used hot glue to adhere it to the R.
Picture of the packaging after I opened and removed the moss.
Completed R.
My mess, and the tools I used. I used the box cutter to cut the R out, the scissors to trim, and the hot glue to glue.
In it's new home.
Close up, pretty ribbon.
Less close up, check out the new mirror. Love it.
So what did you think? It was pretty simple and didn't take any time to put together.
Thanks for stopping by! xx

I saw these somewhere else the other day, or something similar, and I love them. Yours looks great! I definitely have to make one!
Such a cute project for Spring! It looks great with the topiary trees and against the red! I want to try this. I did a T with lavender and it was a mess. Disaster! This looks manageable.
Come shopping with me :)
Looks really cute.
Love the green next to the red pictures! I used that same moss to cover some balls and it turned out great... it's so easy to use! Nice job :)

Thanks for showing the new sheet moss "in action". I had seen a blogger post about that kind of moss and then I saw it at JoAnn's last Saturday. I wasn't sure what I would do with it but now, thanks to you, I do!
I love this!!! What an amzing product I have never seen that before. I may try this soon. Do you have to water it? (JK)
Tammy,
I just came across your blog! Do you know if this can be purchased wholesale? I am doing a big project of covering ten 3-foot paper elephants in moss for a luncheon. I need lots of moss. If I am not mistaken, this moss is light weight and easy to work with. Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks
